What we will do:

• Using your current programs to create attractive desktop publishing and multimedia files
• Basic troubleshooting, organizing computer files and loading new programs
• Finding what you need and downloading it from the Internet
• Learning to use your digital camera and image scanner
• Becoming familiar with computer basics for beginners
• Determining your needs and learning terminology
• Image editing and enhancing photos with existing software
• Education in purchasing a new computer
• Basic Web Page creation
• 2D animation

Instructor Experience:

• Network administration
• Solid background in computer software
• New-server builds and installs. Server rack and network cable installation.
• Windows 3.x / 95 / 98 / 2000, WINDOWS XP, NT 4.0 and MS-DOS administration
• Familiarity with / administration Windows, DOS, HTML, NetBEUI, Hosting
• Years of experience in end-user support.
• Able to communicate effectively and present to senior management.
• Project management skills. Highly motivated self-starter.
• Telecommunications Specialist and systems manager.
• FTP Uploading, graphic design, webb page design
• Hardware Installation.
• Window Works Version 2.5a, Database, word processor, spreadsheet analysis, chart and graph analysis.
• Accredited presenter on Multimedia Technology and Desktop Publishing
• Ability to learn any new program quickly
